CareGator™ demonstration app
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CareGator™ demonstration app (the "Demo App") provided by Advocacy Labs, Inc. ("Advocacy Labs," "we," "us"), a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Montana. By completing the registration form we provide, or by accessing or using the Demo App on any platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Demo App.
The Demo App is an early preview of CareGator™ shared for evaluation and feedback only. All content displayed in the Demo App, including visits, summaries, medications, people, and provider interactions, is entirely fictional. None of it represents real patients, real providers, or real medical information.
The Demo App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for professional medical care. Do not use any content in the Demo App to make health decisions for yourself or anyone else.
The Demo App is provided to you solely for the purposes of previewing, evaluating, and providing feedback on CareGator™. You may use the Demo App on any platform through which we have made it available to you (iOS via TestFlight, Android via APK, or web browser).
You may capture screenshots or screen recordings of the Demo App solely for the purpose of providing feedback directly to Advocacy Labs™. All other capture, recording, or reproduction is prohibited under Section 4.
The Demo App, including but not limited to its user interface design, user experience flow, screen layouts, navigation structure, content organization, visual design, iconography, written content, and underlying code, is the exclusive property of Advocacy Labs, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
CareGator™ and Advocacy Labs™ are trademarks of Advocacy Labs, Inc.
No license, right, or interest in any Advocacy Labs™ intellectual property is granted to you by these Terms except the limited right to use the Demo App as described in Section 2.

The Demo App is shared with you in confidence. You acknowledge that the design, features, user experience flow, and implementation details of the Demo App constitute confidential and proprietary information of Advocacy Labs™.
You agree to:
You may share your general impressions and high-level feedback about CareGator™ with others (for example, "I tested a healthcare app that simplifies medical visits"), provided you do not disclose specific design elements, screen layouts, or feature details.
These confidentiality obligations survive the termination of your access to the Demo App.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or comments about the Demo App (whether through TestFlight, email, or any other channel), you grant Advocacy Labs™ a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully transferable license to use, modify, incorporate, and build upon that feedback for any purpose, without compensation or attribution to you. This does not affect any intellectual property rights you may hold in other, unrelated work.
The Demo App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Advocacy Labs™ does not warrant that the Demo App will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or accurate. The Demo App is a preview and may contain bugs, incomplete features, and placeholder content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advocacy Labs™, its founders, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Demo App. Because the Demo App is provided at no charge, the total cumulative liability of Advocacy Labs™ for all claims arising from or related to the Demo App shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).
We may revoke your access to the Demo App at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, you must stop using the Demo App and delete any copies in your possession, including APK files. Your obligations under Sections 3 (Intellectual Property), 4 (Restrictions), 5 (Confidentiality), 6 (Feedback), 7 (No Warranty), and 8 (Limitation of Liability) survive termination.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version at this URL with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Demo App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Demo App shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
These Terms, together with the CareGator™ Demonstration App Privacy Policy (available at advocacylabs.com/caregator/privacy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Advocacy Labs™ regarding the Demo App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
